Alma Apartments Set (Rico)
This is the full set of rico enabled apartments made to complement the smaller growable Alma apartment building.To fully utilize these lots, you will need the ploppable Rico revisited mod and FindIt! (search CLA or Alma).
These are designed for creating realistic apartment complexes. I’ve modeled all three of the real buildings from this apartment complex in Houma, LA for this set in their real world scale. I recommend parking lot roads and a smaller pedestrian set like the side walks seen in the screenshots, along with MoveIt! and any other assets like swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. to finish out the look, but you can make it as complex or as simple as you want!
