Description:

Hello! Thank you for clicking on my map Pavana. Pavana is a fictional peninsula based around the climate of a wetter Baja California, and it’s my first real attempt on a tropical peninsula.

This map is 100% vanilla assets, no DLC needed, however I did use a custom theme mix. I used Not So Rocky Hills by Khanador, and Tropicity by OWL very nice looking sand with a Neutral Relight. I included that as a required item, yet feel free to use any of your own!

183,809 trees
37,297 props
1/4 train connections
2/4 Highway connections
48% buildable area
Above average amount of resources.

This is my 2nd map, any tips would be appreciated. If you have any issues, please let me know.
