Deco Stores
This is a pack of 4 Streamline Moderne / Art deco buildings inspired by Asian, South American and European 1930s architecture. Streamline Moderne is one of the first truly international styles, so buildings like these can be found in almost any city that existed in the 1930s. Using this pack (and some extra mods and assets) you can build huge department stores, government offices, cruise ship terminals, train station buildings etc…
The buildings are aligned on the grid and can be joined together seamlessly, so you can fill large blocks with them very quickly. There are two corner buildings, one straight and one tower. A fantastic pack of random roof props is used here to add variety to the roofs. You can also repaint the walls. I didn’t include any signs so feel free to use your own. As a result, this asset is extremely versatile.
It’s not based on any particular building, I designed it from scratch, but I used a lot of references to make sure it fits that style.
