One Raffles Quay
莱佛士码头一号位于新加坡莱佛士坊，由美国KPF建筑师事务所设计，2006年落成，分为南北两座，南座楼高29层，北座高50层.
莱佛士码头一号项目由两座办公楼组成，由贯穿整个街区的广场和拱廊进行连接。地下商业大厅将地下层与相邻的开发项目和莱佛士坊地铁站联通起来。1号塔楼设有50家商店，办公面积约为7万平方米。它横跨地铁的地下隧道，并加以旋转，以容纳所需的隧道空间。在塔楼底部，八层高的大堂面朝莱佛士坊，构成了比例适当的城市姿态。在正立面顶部，则设有灯笼状塔冠。

One Raffles Quay is one of the most sought-after Grade A business addresses in Singapore. The Executive Centre is located on levels 49 and 50 of One Raffles Quay and enjoys direct access to the prestigious Raffles Place business district. One Raffles Quay consists of two office towers connected by a through-block plaza and arcade.
