A small brick building. It is a simple prop that could be used alongside railways, in industrial areas or elsewhere. The walls are classic British red brick, the roof is corrogated iron sheets of blue/grey colour with grey metallic trim and the doors are metallic with blue-coloured air grates and metal handles.
All of my assets use the same texture and LOD texture. Loading screen mod should detect shared textures automatically, saving you memory and potentially speeding up asset loading times a lot if using many instances of my models in a city (let me know if this works for you!).
