BR4 is a Blank Road project eventually replacing the old BR3 pack. Blank Roads are for detailers who want to use Intersection Marking Tools to mark their roads.Together with Node Controller Revisited and Traffic Manager: President Edition there is almost no limits of custom road making in Cities Skylines.

You need After Dark DLC – All roads have bikes using either the car lane or dedicated bike lane.
Don’t have After Dark? Buy it or use BR3
We have re-done the 3D models, all textures and every setting. Errors from BR3 are fixed – like faulty traffic lights on one-way roads, and new functionality has been added. BR4 will be AN-enabled, and cannot function without using the AN mod (adaptive networks).
We introduce low curbs on intersections with zebra crossings and bus stops. The bus stop system is re-done and presents a "new" concept. BR4 is compatible with other workshop roads, but the goal is to give you a complete road system which satisfy all needs.
