I plan on building out the scene from the movie Arrival, with a military base etc. Now you can too! 🙂
The building version requires road acces but does not need watter, power, or trash services. It brings in tourists and causes no noise polution.

The textures are high res but the model is low poly, so it shouldn’t be too much of a burden on your PC. Hope you enjoy!
