Queen Anne Duplex 01
This Queen Anne Style duplex was inspired by 33 Brook St in Hartford, Connecticut. It is sort of a hybrid with Queen Anne elements and the shingle style popular in the northeast and coastal towns. I elevated the original home to a less run down state and added an embellishment at the triangular peak that the original might have had before decades of disinvestment.

With the color maps the siding on these assets each have four variations and are paintable with the painter mod.
I did detail the front yards with bushes and a walkway. See the ‘Required Items’ for links to the bushes and pavement I used.
I’ve plotted this on a 1×3 tile because 2×3 would have been too much space around the house. While 1×3 is a little tight you have options with MoveIt.
