Ok guys, sad that there is a massive downvote issue on various workshop-assets.. And I’m always experience this when my assets start to get near to the front page.

I’m really thinking about to stop publishing assets – or to release them only on patreon.
It annoys me!

Dieses Gebäude ist ein Bauernhof und Gutshof in Österreich und Deutschland (in Österreich auch Vierkanter genannt). In Ober- und Niederösterreich ist er als Gutshof besonders im Stadtgebiet Linz-Wels-Steyr-Amstetten verbreitet, in Deutschland vor allem in Bayern und Magdeburger Börde.

This building is a farm and estate in Austria and Germany (also called Vierkanter in Austria). In Upper and Lower Austria it is particularly widespread as a manor in the Linz-Wels-Steyr-Amstetten urban area, in Germany especially in Bavaria and Magdeburger Börde.

This Austrian farmhouse comes with 4 color variations (see the screenshots)
Place it as a unique building and apply your favorite RICO settings (i’m not familliar which settings are the best for this type of building)
