Description:

Three-storey, brick, rectangular building in the Art Nouveau style. It was built in 1912 in Samara according to the project of the architect Reshetnikov. The walls are made of red ceramic bricks.
The main facade is plastered at the ground floor level and lined with light gray ceramic tiles at the second and third floor levels. The building was a confectionery factory S.M. Reshetnikov, the first floor was occupied by commercial premises.
