Hello Folks,

today’s upload is a clinic building from Halle (Saale).
I’d say only a handful of these were built, but by chance I found a nearly original version I could use for reference.

This building type originated in Halle (Saale) and was built all around the former district Halle.
The "10Pl." part of the name indicates the number of workplaces for doctors.

The included building has been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"HAL" is short for Halle, the city/district these buildings have been planned and built in.
"clinic" would be the translation for the original german name, "Ambulatorium", so a healthcare facility.
"10PL." indicates the amount of workplaces for doctors.
The "No.#" stands for each version of the building.

The buildings can be found under its name, starting with "HAL clinic 10Pl. No.1" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
It works the same as the vanilla medical clinic, and has the same stats.
The facade tiles are colormapped, 4 close to original colors included.

Here’s a list of all the HEX-colors used:

  • orange: B48C45
  • darkgreen: 41503E
  • turquoise: 34514A
  • white: FFFFFF

The building is on a 6×2 plot, no sides of the building are flush with the plot grid.
