TM:PE & Node Controller Renewal mandatory. Intersection Marking Tool recommended.
Traffic Light Settings for two Phase Light in the Pictures above.

Also: If you want to switch the Ramps to Ground you have to re-apply Lane Connectors and Speeds like in Pictures, otherwise cars will ignore Lights sometimes.
