Chelsea Market
Chelsea Market is a food hall, shopping mall, office building and television production facility located in the Chelsea neighbourhood of the borough of Manhattan, in New York City. The Chelsea Market complex occupies an entire city block with a connecting bridge over Tenth Avenue to the adjacent 85 Tenth Avenue building. The High Line passes through the 10th Avenue side of the building.
Chelsea Market was constructed in the 1890s and was originally the site of the National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) factory complex where the Oreo cookie was invented and produced. The complex was redeveloped in the 1990s and features a retail concourse at ground level with office space above. The Market lies within the "Gansevoort Market Historic District", which is recognised by New York State and National Register of Historic Places.
This asset was commissioned by nicocn383 for his fictional city of ‘Nick City’ based on a mix of Seattle, WA and Vancouver, B.C. Essentially a rainy and green North American city on the Pacific coast.

Included with this asset is RICO compatibility which allows the building to function as a large commercial. If you subscribe to Ploppable Rico Revisited this asset will appear in the RICO ‘High Commercial’ tab.
If you want to remove the ‘Chelsea Market’ signage all you have to do is rename the plopped building in game. To get them back just delete the custom name.
I’ve tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. The model has been optimised as much as possible without compromising the structure and detail of the original building. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
