Inland Steel Building
Consisting of a 19-story office tower, a 25-story service tower, and a small parking garage, the Inland Steel Building became the first high-rise built after the Great Depression in Chicago. The 7 pillars connect 60-foot girders on each floor removing the need for center support structures and creating a totally open floor plan.
