The file size will NOT be 150MB, if you use the Loading Screen Mod. This should reduce the
file size by 10X. All assets in this PACK use the same 2K texture files.

RICO L3 Industrial: 6 unique buildings
Props: 4 unique shopfront prop inserts. Each prop has 3 different fake shops.
