「瑞城市」とは、Ryuichi Kaminogi氏による「Cities:Skylines」を利用して架空の日本都市「瑞城市」を作成していくライブ配信シリーズである。
ここでは、瑞城市役所の公用車シリーズ第一弾である「スイフトスポーツZC33SP」について解説する。
ベース車両は「スイフトスポーツ ZC33S型」であり、それを基に瑞城製作所が改造を施したものである。
スペックにおいては魔改造が施されており、エンジンにおいては改造前の「K14C型 1.4 L 直列4気筒直噴ターボ「ブースタージェットエンジン」」から「瑞城製作所謹製 2.5L 横置き型直列5気筒ツインターボ」を横置きミドシップ搭載した。
この魔改造だけでも「初代ホンダ・アコードインスパイア」の再来というほどの変態機構と化していることがわかる。
トランスミッションは同じく瑞城製作所製10速ATを採用。サスペンションはビルシュタイン製を採用している。
