Wailuku
Wailuku is a 2:3 scale replica of the city with the same name in Hawaii.
Some minor modificiations to the real geography have been made for gameplay purposes.
The map has only basic highway and rail connections, leaving most of the map in a pristine natural state. The map contains deep oceans, enormous mountains, calm rivers, beautiful waterfalls, secluded islands, tranquil lakes, active volcanos, dense forests, and rolling plains. Nearly every square kilometer is capable of being developed.
This map works best with a mod that unlocks 25 tiles.
