This mod gives you the ability to change water pipes to heat pipes an vice versa.
Technical Infos
This mod is based on WaterPipeUpgraderv2 , but some things are DIFFERENT
IMPORTANT: Use the OLD Water Pipe Upgrader mod OR this one, NOT both at the same time !!!
Features
The basic function is the same, but he has some deletions / additions:
- REMOVED: You don´t have to open up the water pipe menu !!!
- NEW: Now you can open the mod with ALT + D (configurable in Options)
- NEW: Now you´re able to Up AND Downgrade your water / heat pipes
- NEW: Verbose Logging, if you encounter problems (Turn it on/off in Options)
- NEW: Drag´n´Move the Mod, the position will be saved and next time automaticall loaded

Mod Compatibility
Like the old mod, this mod doesn´t brake your save games, has NO incompatibility with other mods and should run without problems. But if you encounter problems, you can show in the Mod´s Logfile "PipeChanger_Log.txt", wich you can find in *PathToYourSteamLibrary*steamappscommonCities_Skylines.
