Palacio do Planalto
Palácio do Planalto is a huge modernist government building located at the Praça dos Três Poderes (Three Powers Plaza), Brasília, Brazil. The official workplace of the president of Brazil. The building was designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer in 1958 and inaugurated on April 21, 1960.
It looks very minimalistic and simple. But there are some interesting and rather unique features, such as the ramp, leading to the entrance, the speaker’s tribune and the reflecting pool.

The asset itself is quite complex, but not triangle-heavy. It contains three meshes and two sub buildings. But all models are simple. To be honest, I spent most of the time trying to figure out how to make this pool clip the terrain because it is larger than the maximum footprint size. It seems to work well, but I strongly advise you to put it only on perfectly flat terrain. The main mesh is repaintable, so you can make it darker with the Repaint mod if you think it looks too bright.
