Realistic Functioning Beach
Properly placed on a sandy sloping beach with the correctly lever water front and finally a real functioning beach. I personally love how when a citizen with a dog enters the beach, the dog automatically runs full speed to the water.
Cars randomly park in a non-orderly fashion really give it a realistic feel.
8×16 long allows for plenty of area in and out of water.
It also works for any type of gathering. I put it on top of a mountain and citizens came for the view.

For those who actually read the descriptions, I’m glad you made it this far. If you are having traffic issues, or don’t want the parking that I provided, there is a simple solution… Try my other asset ‘Special Event Templates’. It has 4 different sizes with no props or parking. And the properties are closer to the default’s.
Also you can use ‘BOB’ mod to remove parking from the beach.
