ChirpBanner+
ChirpBanner creates a thin banner across the top of the screen, on which chirps will scroll horizontally, similar to the ticker in that other city building game. This is my fork of ChirpBanner (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406623071) , updated to work with Snowfall.
