PNW 2×3 Com Eagle
I built this shop for my Cannon Cape series.
This is a basic growable shop featuring cedar shingles often found in coastal and alpine environments. The trim is color mapped for variety.
I stole some of the textures from 220Hertz, who’s been doing commissions for this series.
I recommend loading it into the asset editor and decorating to your needs! The props displayed in the preview image are not included in the download. Notably, Avanya’s roof ducts spruce up the roof a lot.
Don’t mind the silly names I give these, I just needed a way to keep track of the files.
I broke my Blender file on this one so I don’t remember the exact tri count, but it’s not too high. Comes with a custom LOD.
