Based loosly on Florida, perfect for beach resort towns
Contines a semi-ring highway around a deep water bay. Lots of shallow rivers, lakes and estuaries. Four Highway connections, four rail, and multiple sea and air paths. Very flat with two areas of fertal land and two small oil and ore deposits.
This does use some third party vegitation, particularly Gula’s tall grass.
