Focus Apartments Gold Coast
The Focus Apartment building is a residential tower built in 1976, in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. It was the tallest building in the city at the time and stands ~103m tall.

The model isn’t a perfect replica by any means, I didn’t do the windows at the strange angles they are compared to the balconies nor did I do the rooms without balconies. So sorry if you where expecting that..
