This is the Office of the Medical Examiner and the coroners office.
It spawns hearses and all deceased citizens will brought to this building.

The model of this building is heavely inspired by the New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner near NYU Langone Hospital at 1st Ave Manhattan.
It is large and has the triple capacity of the crematorium. It serves a large area but is also more expensive.
