The Munkkiniemi–Haaga plan is a plan drawn up by Eliel Saarinen, completed in 1915, as an urban structure solution for the Munkkiniemi and Haaga areas. It is related to a larger draft about Greater Helsinki, on the basis of which Saarinen and Bertel Jung later drew up the Pro Helsingfors plan.
Saarinen divided land use into four categories: public buildings, residential buildings, parks and industrial areas. The distribution of areas in the plan was as follows: villa areas 14.2%, terraced apartments 13.4%, 3–6-storey residential buildings 26.7%, public buildings 3.0%, industrial areas 4.2%, green areas 10.1%, streets and other paved areas 28.4%.
