Small City Recycling Center by Basco81

This is a small recycling facility with a old storehouse look.
It functions exactly like the recycling facility from the DLC Green Cities.
In this case, no DLC is needed!!!
It processes garbage and produces a lot of raw materials.
Because it doesn’t burn anything and it is a closed facility, it doesn’t polute the surrounding area.
The recycling process produces a bit of noise.
