Criminal Courts Building
Back to NYC! This is an absolute monstrous Art Deco / Streamline Moderne-style municipal building located in The Civic Center, New York City, NY.
Completed in 1940, it houses the Criminal and Supreme Courts, Legal Aid, offices for the New York City Police Department, Department of Correction, Department of Probation and the Office of the District Attorney for New York County. It is enormous and looks very dystopian which I really like.
This is actually a set of two buildings, so you can use them separately. All textures are shared. The main building functions as a police station, and the second one (The Tombs) as a prison. Of course, you can easily convert them to officess using RICO. You can remove the cages on the roof of the second building if you rename it. The buildings can also be repainted. I didn’t model the skybridge, you can use the one N2J made.
