Capitol Reflection Pool w/ crowd by Matthew. Inspired by the Hunger Games movies, I want to re create The Capitol. The Capitol is a futuristic city which sits protected in the rocky mountains, it is the seat of government in the nation of Panem. as well as the most populated and wealthiest place in the nation. The Capitol is known for its luxury as well as its power and authority.
This asset is a park that is based on some of the architecture and designs that can be seen in the Hunger Games movies. The park has a large reflecting pool in the center, benches and box shaped trees along the sides, there are also invisible crowd spawners and pedestrian paths.
