Capitol Sculpture Circle by Matthew. Inspired by the Hunger Games movies, I want to re create The Capitol. The Capitol is a futuristic city which sits protected in the rocky mountains, it is the seat of government in the nation of Panem. as well as the most populated and wealthiest place in the nation. The Capitol is known for its luxury as well as its power and authority.
This sculpture is perfect for placing in the center of a roundabout or just in a busy plaza. Its inspired by some of the sculptures seen in mockingjay part 2.
