Capitol Obelisk – Concrete by Matthew. Inspired by the Hunger Games movies, I want to re create The Capitol. The Capitol is a futuristic city which sits protected in the rocky mountains, it is the seat of government in the nation of Panem. as well as the most populated and wealthiest place in the nation. The Capitol is known for its luxury as well as its power and authority.
This obelisk prop is based off of some of the obelisks which can be seen in a few shots of the hunger games films. the height is tall but the size is less than one tile in game. This was designed by me but textured by Robert so please go support his work!
