Central Etobicoke High School
Central Etobicoke High School is a High School located in Toronto Ontario, Canada. The school opened in 1970 as Westway High School and functioned as a Vocational High School. Due to declining enrolment throughout the 1980’s Westway High School cease to be and the campus renamed Central Etobicoke High School in 1988; absorbing the basic level and trades programs from other High Schools that had been shut down and becoming a school for students with special needs. That same year the school would receive a minor addition with a new Horticulture classroom and adjacent greenhouse.
The school has 14 Standard Classrooms, 2 Science Labs, Double Gym with stage, Cafeteria with Kitchen, and a Library. The school also features a large number of shop classes.
