Finally, something grand to put in all those odd corners!

A set of eight early twentieth century beauties based roadside businesses in Emory Village in Atlanta, GA. Comes in a 30 degree, 45 degree, 60 degree, 75 degree, 90 degree, & 105 degree version. There are also two straight 1×2 W2W versions. All are wall-to-wall for at least one side.

Description

Just a group of detailed brick-and-mortar storefronts from the 1920’s/1930’s in various angles. You can arrange them in combinations or use standalone. The buildings are sorta Spanish-revival with beaux arts elements. These include ornate concrete works (see the faux-vases on the pillars) and red tile overhangs. This style was popular about a century ago, especially in the Southern & Western United States.

You will almost certainly need MoveIt/FindIt or Procedural Objects (or at least Road Anarchy!) to move them into place, excepting the straight & 90 degree versions. All of the corner assets are on a 2×2 square thanks to game limitations. PO will also allow you to flip the assets or fine tune their angles to your street pattern.

If you subscribe to Loading Screen, the filesize will be significantly reduced. This is because all of these assets share the same texture. You should have the Loading Screen Revisited mod, just like Move It/Find It! 2 and, if you value true adaptability, the Procedural Objects mod.

Recommended Assets

Just used two vanilla AC/vent assets to decorate the roofs. Other than the recommended mods above, you don’t need to subscribe to anything to use!
