[RICO] HK Public Housing – New Flexi Block
The New Flexi Block and it’s mirrored version are the replica of Pik Luk House and Pik Wai House in Shek Pai Wan Estate.
Firstly Introduced in the early 2000s, The New Flexi Block was a interchangeable designed building type for both Public Rental Housing and Household Ownership Scheme, where elements from The Old Flexi Block, New Harmony Block and The Concord Block were being implemented.
Although the design was being proposed to various development projects at the time, It was not commonly adopted by the Housing Authority due to changes of policy. Record as shown below.
With RICO installed, the asset provide a total of 400 Households as an level 5 Residential High
The asset will be a park without RICO installed
This is a resource demanding asset,over plopping may cause severe drop in FPS
