"Park With Birches" 5X10
"Park with Birches" was part of the "Hotels and Retreats" DLC and soon became my favorite park, it just looks so much better than most of the vanilla parks.
For people who don’t own the "Hotels and Retreats" DLC, here is my version of this park,

(if you want to change the stats, use the Customize It Extended mod)
Cost = $500
Maintenance = $16/week
Entertainment = 50
Tourists = 0 (this park is better suited as a neighborhood park or right next to a school. Didn’t seem fitting as a tourist attraction).
