David’s City #7 (380K citizens, big industry & commercial, no traffic jam)

Description:

Hello, this is the 7th city I made.
This city is huge, almost filled 25 tiles, it has 380k+ citizens, and still growing.

She has 2 very large normal industry zones, and 4 specialized industry zones. You can see how to separate the incomming and outgoing traffic, and how superior the traffic lights are compare to roundabouts at high volume.
She also has large commercial & tourisim & leisure zones. Heavy using trains and ships delivering cargo.

The whole city is traffic free. Well some road maybe red in the traffic view, but it just means they’re busy, not traffic jams.

At late game I reached the game’s vehicle limit (16k maximum active vehicles). To save the city I have to rezone some industry & commercial to office. However the road system can handle more 🙂

I tried different street patterns, doing my best to avoid grid, which is consider as boring and unrealism. The "highrise ban" policy is enabled on suburbs, just make them looks more realism.

I use only the vanilla buildings, and little mods (like precise engineering) which don’t change the game content. Nothing is needed to load the save.

I have loaded the game on a new laptop using different steam account & clean install (no mod) with no problem. However due to it has too many Cims and vehicles, you may need a powerful CPU and RAM to run it.
