Equestrian centre v.2
Now updated with better textures and more realistic stats!
The equestrian centre consists of large horse barns, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, and a few horses, of course. All buildings, walls and fences are built-in, but the horses are not = please subscribe to the horse props as well.

If you built this before the update, you may experience a sudden drop in entertainment (leisure) values. This asset was over-powerful earlier, and now it is more realistic. I’m sorry for any inconvienience… As a good side, you get much better looks (improved textures and 3D model).
