My model have little construction and maintence cost, no noise and ground pollution, but you can setup your favorite settings (and description) in the editor.
Initial Cost: $1000
Water pumping capacity: 56000 m3
Sewage draining capacity: 56000 m3
Upkeep Cost: $160/week
Electricity: 192 kw

Note: This version is not modular, meaning it will be placed next to a road. I would recommend using the Terraforming Tool to flatten out the ground as it will clip through the model on uneven ground.
