Narrow Road Pack
A set of four narrow concrete roads.
One lane one way (8m wide).
One lane one way with parking (10m wide).
Narrow two lane (10m wide).
Narrow two lane one way (10m wide).
They all allow zoning, however bacause of how the game works the zoning will be spaced back from the road as if it is the standard 16m wide. However this actually looks quite good as in suburbs you get a wide grass verge with driveways and in city centres you get a wider sidewalk, see the screenshots for examples of how this works. It also means you can upgrade standard roads to these and vice versa without affecting zoning.
They cost the same as the basic two lane road, however because they are generally quiter and traffic is slower they produce lower noise pollution, the same as the basic road with trees. They have a 30KPH speed limit, which is lower than the basic roads and the same as the default dirt road. They can be found in the small roads tab and have custom icons.
They are actually based on the tram only roads from snowfall. Unfortunately this means that despite not having trams they still require snowfall to load.
