Small rationalist clinic based on "Sanatorio Pimentel" in Lugo (1932). Demolished in the 80s.

Clinic, 2×3 tiles, about 2k tris,2x1k texture. LOD is 89 tris 256x texture.
Four color variations in the windows, four roof variations, choose when placed.

Colors are based on what I suppose it could be and the memories of other people who lived to see it.
