This palm avenue is perfect for beachfronts!
It features:
– Two car lanes (one per direction)
– One parking lane per direction
– One shared bicycle lane for both directions
– Two sidewalks
This asset was inspired by the northern part of the sea promenade in San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy.

KNOWN ISSUES:
– No custom segments for bus stops. (Buses still work perfectly, just no stop marking on the ground).
