Description:

Traditional 3-storeys wall-to-wall brick town house with a restaurant on the ground floor from Mons, Belgium. Level 3 1×1 low-density commercial corner.
This building might not grow naturally since it upgrades from levels 1 and 2 1×1 corners. Additionally, it appears that 1×1 growable corners might not work at all. Plop the Growables is highly recommended to use this asset.

Map: Confluentes – Map theme: private, by hadece – LUT: Relight Neutral
Pavement and asphalt textures + paved street network from myself. Will release the network whenever it’s ready.
