Why another parking lot with tons on the workshop?
1st: This is a building, not a park, so NO SEAGULLS
2nd: All my parking lots are in the roads menu under their own tab. No more searching through your Parks to find them.
3rd: The 1x’s are designed to be placed between two roads in a modular fashion so you can build them as big as you want without having to download more and bigger lots.
