H3 6×8 Office Arcforge Industries [RICO]

By default this asset is a 6×8 unique building. The [RICO] tag is only relevant if you use the RICO mod .
Arcforge Industries is a pioneer in secret high-tech technologies. Although no one knows what that secret tech is. But their office building with it’s futuristic holograms is surely an eye-catcher. Have a nice day!
Notes:
- The Additive Shader mod is required for the holograms.
- All holograms are props and the stuff at ground level is a submesh. Thus you can remove them if you don’t like them in the asset editor.
- The ground is completely prop free. Except for one cim crowd.
- The screenshots are taken with Ultimate Eyecandy v1.5.2 and Relight.
- The first time i tried a bigger footprint, larger maps and more details. The tris might be higher than average but the building is very tall and the footprint is very tight.
