Rother’s Mills
The future of this old mill belongs to You!
-The model is based on the Rother’s Mills in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
-A monument in-game lvl 5.
-Completed in 1851, the Rother’s Mills were an investment of Prussian goverment. The entire facility is located on the Mill Island and it’s surrounded by the river Brda.
The complex consisted not only of a mill and a wheat magazine, but it also had a boiler with chimney, a flour granary and a pumping station (with turbines).
In 1990s, Rother’s Mills stopped production and since then were unused until recently, when a project of a huge redevelopment for the entire complex was presented. Since then, the complex has been undergoing a serious redevelopment.
The building is named after Christian von Rother – Prussian agriculture minister.
The biggest part of the building was built of wattle and daub.
