I’ve improved the texture and added a couple of extra details. Re-uploading here as opposed to updating as the intention is to upload a mirror image here utilising the same texture maps 😊. [UPDATE] Mirror now included.
No custom props.

Textures – 512×2048, d, n, s, i and a colour map for the main warehouse door.

Custom Lod:
