Description:

A typical Brazilian trade level 1, which has an two versions and internal area.

Buildings like this usually don’t have automatic doors or showcases, making their facade
completely open. So for optimization reasons and because it is my first asset of this type,
I decided to model the interior and leave one of the doors closed.

There are two versions of this trade. EBR_1 which has a sign and EBR_2 which has its structure
inverse to EBR_2 as well as no sign. Keep in mind that you can always disable one of these versions in the resource manager.
