Young Adult version
Similar to the Educated version but with the average sim spawn rate, and some material color variations.
Hologram wrist watch included.

6/8/2020 updated skin tone variations and edited the clothing. I also edited her awkward arm, and refined the mesh. The ED version will stay the same

Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don’t worry, they will show up.
