Ocean City Mall by KingLeno

A posh modern pedestrian outdoors mall with upscale retail shopping, clothing, dining, and entertainment.

Asset is one ploppable building. No mods are required but it should be placed on completely flat terrain. Includes 9 buildings (5 sub-buildings) that can accommodate over +40 stores. No RICO settings, it would generate too much commercial traffic on a single point of entry, but feel free to add your own.

If you wish to remove the logos and branding, rename the building. Which obviously means that if you want to just rename the building, all logos will disappear (they are one sub-mesh, not individual props).
Logos include: Urban Outfitters, Zales, H&M, California Pizza Kitchen, Lot 579, Sephora, Under Armour, Bahama Breeze, Sugar Factory. Other logos pictures can be found on the workshop but are not included in the asset.
Cims will travel along the mall and on the upper level. They will pretend to climb the stairs. Unfortunately, they will still occasionally float to hang-around markers/tables on the upper level.

Each sub-building was not modeled to be separate stores, so I won’t be uploading them separately anytime soon. Sub-buildings used to be accessible in-game using Find It, but it seems like the game now hides all sub-buildings despite the template used.
