About the building:
After living in the Minneapolis House 1 for a few years, you and the family have saved up enough money to move to the upgraded Minneapolis House 2. Now with two full floors and a multitude of windows. There’s an extra bedroom (from 2 to 3) and a half bath. The livable space is up to 1,200 sqt from 900, and a larger porch is present.
This house was based on a few example on Portland Avenue in South Minneapolis and other houses throughout the Phillips neighborhood. It was constructed in around 1900 and can be found all throughout the Minnesota and the Midwest.
